Can you arrange for a same day delivery within Singapore?
Yes we can! If your items are in stock, we could arrange for our own fleet delivery or use Grab delivery for non-bulky items for a fee subject to distance and availability of fleet. Drop us an email at email@example.com and let us know what you need.
How do I include a special note to my delivery?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order Number within 24 hours of Order Confirmation and we will try our best to include your notes in the delivery.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes! You will receive a tracking number when your shipment is dispatched from us.
How long will it take for my orders to reach me?
- Delivery is typically around 1-2 weeks upon Order Confirmation, you will receive an email notification when your products have been shipped out. Kindly note that delivery might take 3-4 weeks due to the Covid-19-related global movement restrictions
